I took an entry level course to Linux at community college and this book not only expands on that but completely prepares you for the exam. Basic Linux of knowledge aside, this book along with the free online study materials is great! Also has a 10% voucher for the exam!

I'm an intermediate admin studying for the LPI exam. This book and the practice exams are really helping me to understand more fully what all those commands do.

Its excellent in contents,but the covers are too soft, making hard to keep it in a flat open position for reading
